Sports Day – Olympics -2012  

    

Preparation

Children have been prepared and given practice for their respective events.

Parent to prepare the child for the sports day, as the child will accompany the parent till stadium and then they have to be with Teachers till their events takes place. Children to be mentally prepared so that they do not get upset at the time parent leaving them to teachers for the event.

As part of Sports day, children are sent with a White and Green strip t-shirt. Parent to make the children were the uniform Compulsory. Children to wear Sports day t-shirt with School uniform shorts/skirt, Clean White shoes with white socks along with ID Card.

Assembly Rules

Parent to assemble at the Venue by 8.30am on 21^st December 2012(Friday).

Venue – Dr.J.Jayalalitha Basket Ball Stadium, No 82/1,  Kilpauk Garden,  Playground Street,  Kilpauk,  Chennai – 600010.

Parent to make an entry at the Registration Counter

Parent to handover the child to the School Teacher only and not to anyone else.

Parent to be seated in the Parent Bay allotted for KODABAKKAM(TRUSTPURAM) Branch only. This will help us to locate the parent in case of any requirement.

During the Event

Parent to remain seated in the respective seats and not to gather at the field area as this may disturb the child and divert them.

School has appointed a professional to click the pictures which will be given to the parent in Term III.

Dispersal Rules

On completion of respective student event Teachers will call upon the parent to handover the child. Parent not to gather at the dispersal point to avoid crowd.

Parent to check the belongings of the children at the dispersal point and report to either Teacher or Administrator immediately for them to take action.

Most important: - Parent to stay back till the end of Program (National Anthem).
